Ms. Alicia Valdes has positioned Bright Solar Systems as primary driving force behind the acquisition of State, National and Worldwide awareness of the importance that Solar Technology has in order to achieve a more sustainable socio-economical and environmentally friendly culture for Residential, Commercial and Governmental customers.
Ms. Valdes has advised President Barack Obama and Florida Governor Rick Scott in matters related to the importance of Solar Technology deployment Statewide and Nationwide. She has also instilled the crucial need of enhanced implementation of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) subjects for schools and colleges to President Obama.
Mr. Mickey Rechkemer is an executive entrepreneur, whose passion is to help engage the world in solar alternative energy and business growth. His career spans industries from agriculture to micro fabrication, from electronics to aerospace and from banking to franchising.
As the Director of Franchise Development and Operations for Bright Solar Systems, Mickey engages interested investors as they learn about Bright Solar System’s unique opportunity. He is passionate about helping individuals explore business ownership, business growth and expansion.
As an entrepreneur, Mickey owns the Achievers Business Academy and Advisors, an international firm dedicated to consulting, coaching and advising business owners on how to P.A.C.E. their business for success. He also advises as an Area Director Consultant for BNI (Business Network International) in the Tampa, Florida area


Mr. Clint Fontenot is the Assistant Project Manager to the President & CEO. Clint provides first hand assistance to the CEO on various active and foreseeable project endeavors. He allocates his time primarily to ensure the overall success of project proliferations and resolutions guided by the CEO.
Clint earned a BS in International Business and Management from the University of Tampa. He is currently pursuing his MBA in the Sykes College of Business located at UT. Clint is an experienced international traveler from various countries and continents all over the world. Clint, being from Houston, Texas, has been surrounded by the energy sector from the start. This exposure allowed him to develop and mold a new perspective revolving around alternative energy and all the opportunities it has to offer.
He has previously worked for a personal financial investment company as an assistant account manager and as a private freelance consultant for a private worker’s compensation company. Clint plans to not only improve his consulting skills through Bright Solar Systems but he also plans on expanding Bright Solar Systems’ market presence through timely and respectable project completion; for reputation is built on results.
Mr. Chad Anzalone is the Client Event Acquisition Specialist for Brigh Solar Systems. Chad ensures that our clients understand our Procedures Pre-Screening our SSTS and SSTP and the steps we take to assist each individual client in a unique and innovative manner. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from University of Tampa.
Chad is passionate about solar and what is to come for it in the future. He wants to be part of the transition to renewable energy and he is very excited about the opportunity for growth in the US and around the world for the Solar Industry. He states that the dependance on oil is getting out of control and we need to start taking steps in the right direction.
Chad is also the VP of Events and Catering for Where Love Grows. Where Love Grows' ultimate goal is to bring victory to the community while supporting the children and families of Hillsborough County. They strive to be a conduit between the givers and those in need.
They strive to help the children and families in Hillsborough County develop strong bonds through family-inspired events, gatherings, and leading by example. They continuously look for opportunities to strengthen the “family bond”. They choose to lay down their time, money and love for those in need.


Mr. Stephen Ribble is the Accountant for Bright Solar Systems. Mr. Ribble is also President and CEO of Guardian Accounting Group, a full service accounting firm focused on small business owners and professionals.
He has extensive experience with tax issues facing small business owners and his practice focuses on consulting related to the formation and ongoing operations for these individuals. These services range from year-end tax planning strategies to advice relative to specific business transactions. Prior to forming Guardian Accounting Group, Steve was a Regional Vice President at Deutsche Bank.
Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the Carrollwood Area Business Association.
Mr. Jacob Valentine is the Printing and Marketing Specialist for Bright Solar Systems. Jacob assisted Ms. Valdes in designing the Bright Solar Systems Logo based on her specific wants and needs as requested.
Today, Bright Solar Systems is proud to showcase to the World the great work that Jacob had strived to achieve by incorporating a sharp attention to detail into the design.
Jacob had also designed other well known worldwide logos, including but not limited to the UPS logo between others.
He is a strong advocate of Renewable Energy and shares a passion for Solar Technology along with the rest of the team members.
Jacob ensures that Bright Solar Systems' banners for events and tradeshows are properly designed and photos, colors and content are easy to read and understand by prospective clients or SSTS or SSTP Network.
Further, Jacob also assists with the design and layout of Bright Solar Systems business cards and all marketing material design and content.
Spectrum Leadership

Solar artwork is a new type of art that integrates the new technologies related to collection and use of solar power. Thanks to this capability to produce clean energy, these works of solar art offer some resources and possibilities that have remained unnoticed until now in this field of art.

Mr. Cole Schnitzer is the Solar Commercial Projects Specialist Specialist for Bright Solar Systems. Mr. Schnitzer is currenty attending the University of South Florida Tampa, FL and pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Some of the projects that Mr. Schnitser takes pride on being part of was the building of a Quadcopter Drone where he researched, designed, and constructed the Drone with a group of students from the USF M.E.C.H. club.
He was also part of the build up of a Robotic Hand, where he participated in the design, construction, and programming of the hand that could be moved into various positions.
The fields he would really enjoy working in are green energy, biomedical technologies, or robotics. Green energy is a real passion of his that has only grown with his advancement through his Electrical Engineering Degree. Of the various types of green energy, he sees solar power as the most promising to dethrone fossil fuels as our primary energy source. Eventually he would like to have his own business that could fund and support people with great ideas.
Mr. John Pilz has received his education in Environmental Science & Policy at the University of South Florida, and he is currently receiving instruction at Stetson University College of Law.
John Pilz is a law student focussing on getting his JD and LLM in Advocacy.
As a natural advocate, John is right at home on the team of Bright Solar Systems.
John believes that the future of energy is integrated renewable energy systems that work together to create one seamless functioning whole.
John has experience with USF Tampa’s Student Green Energy Fund, having three projects approved and under construction.
John’s experience with large institutions has enabled him to be well-equipped to deal on multiple levels with the diverse elements of institutions to get our desired results.

Mr. Adam Goldstein is the SSTS Network Acquisition Specialist at Bright Solar Systems. Adam thoroughly analyzes suppliers’ credentials to ensure that all solar technology companies are certified for client use. Adam believes, since the sun is the strongest source of energy, in our solar system, solar power is the future of alternative energy.
Every investment, by stakeholders and investors, will continue the innovation progress necessary in solar power to create the ultimate panacea for high gas prices and climate change.
Adam predicts that soon gas prices will correlate with the scarcity of oil, causing oil companies to increase gas prices as oil approaches its absence. In contrast, by transitioning to solar power, people will gain ownership of their own power supply.
This action instills a stable monetary power source that will empower users to accurately manage and harnessed their energy storage.

Mr. Tian Gao is the Solar Public Relations Director for Bright Solar Systems. He is a graduate student, pursuing his Master’s Degree in Marketing at The University of Tampa. He has the skill-set for exploring new potential clients, expanding the SSTS Networks with solar manufacturing companies and promoting the awareness of Bright Solar Systems to the public.
Tian Gao received his Bachelor’s Degree for Law in summer in 2013. Tian Gao is an International Student from China, who is native in Mandarin, fluent in English and a preliminary user of Japanese. In 2012, he interned in a steel trading company in China, working as a Manager Associate. In 2015 summer, he interned in a Law firm in China, working as a Lawyer Assistant. In Asian Outdoor Trade Show and China Outdoor Submit, he worked as a Customer Receptionist and Manager Associate in the Exhibition Center and Convention Center.
Tian Gao enjoys being a member of Bright Solar Systems, because he is strong fascinated in the projects, which Bright Solar Systems is working on. He is eager to promote solar technology’s usage in more fields, decrease the fossil fuel consumption globally, reducing the carbon dioxide and harmful gas emission to protect the environment. He believes solar technology usage should benefit the people from all around the world, and become a mainstream power consumption in the future.
Bright Solar Systems is the kind of company that is working towards building the bridge between the solar consumers and solar manufacturers, therefore, promoting solar technology benefits the entire public as whole. Tian Gao is very enthusiastic in advertising the pure energy, because solar technology makes people’s living environment clean and tidy. Mr. Deep Karki is the Marketing and Project Management Executive for Bright Solar Systems. He is a highly motivated and passionate Engineer with a keen interest in sustainability and clean energy sector. Mr. Karki holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur India. Mr. Karki is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Tampa. He is involved in a number of student organizations and extracurricular activities. He is the executive member of UT Gold-(University of Tampa graduate organization of Leadership Development). He is the member of UT Leadership Exchange Program between the University of Tampa and University of Memphis and has studied the poverty and homelessness in Tampa and Memphis. He represented the University of Tampa in the Southeast region strategic MBA case competition organized by Florida southern college, Lakeland Florida. Mr. Karki has four years of extensive leadership experience in the power and energy sector. He managed and led a team of 15 Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians. Mr. Karki is immensely interested in energy saving projects.
During his tenure as a Senior Electrical Engineer, he initiated and installed VFD’s in various motors for energy savings and commissioned the online energy monitoring system (EMS) to monitor the real time energy consumption of the Power Plant. Mr. Karki was awarded merit based scholarship by the Indian Government for his undergraduate Engineering degree. He secured the first position in the regional Essay competition organized by health ministry-Nepal and received the prize from the Health minister of Nepal. He is passionate about the renewable energy sector and believes renewable energy such as solar is the viable alternative to the world. Mr. Karki is excited to be the part of the inspiring and innovative leadership culture of Bright solar systems. He believes working with Bright Solar System will fulfill his long term carrier goal of driving the world towards clean and sustainable energy.
Mr. Shravan Choudhary is the Solar Client Relations Executve at Bright Solar Systems. He currently attends the University of South Florida and is majoring in Electrical Engineering, with an expected graduation date of May 2018.
He is new to the professional field, but is very excited about working at Bright Solar Systems. He is very passionate about solar energy, and in the future he hopes to work with companies that are dedicated to renewable energy and finding ways to make our world a cleaner place.
He is responsible for the outreach towards companies that may be interested in converting to energy independence by way of solar. His focus is on breaking down the process of joining the network at Bright Solar Systems and thereafter attain a reliable connection to a vast structure of specialists that can engineer new ways to convert to solar energy that would better suit the client. He is instrumental in attaining and managing successful business relationships with potential clients in the residential, commercial, governmental, utility scale, fashion, automotive, nautical, aeronautic and astronautic solar markets.
Further, he offers these clients guidance throughout the relationship with installers for solar pool and water heating products, solar PV, solar thin film, integrated solar PV, inverters, racking systems and solar street lighting. He does this be engaging and assisting in the technical aspects of the installation as well as by answering any questions that the client may have for the long-term.
Through his work at Bright Solar Systems, he hopes to make solar power more accessible to the public. His goal is to work with the client and the Network to create easier and more flexible installation procedures. He is currently focusing on the outreach in Tampa Bay but am looking to expand the network greatly to include international relations.
Bright Solar Systems is a Global Solar Integrator and the client's bridge to Solar Company Providers and Suppliers. We facilitate the process of finding quality and serious solar product buyers and solar projects for the solar companies in our SSTP/SSTS Networks. As solar technology becomes mainstream in society, new careers will be generated. His goal and responsibility is to facilitate the solar market place in meeting and exceeding the solar client’s needs and wants both nationwide and worldwide.

Mr. Andrew Goland is the proud Solar Client Relations Executve for Bright Solar Systems, whose drive for success parallels Solar Systems’ goals in delivering unprecedented customer service and products to better enhance the long term relationships among our clients and leading partners.
Mr. Goland is a junior at the University of Tampa, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He takes pride in being a participant of the school’s Greek community where he is as an active member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Andrew served as the organization’s social chair for over a year and has experience in scheduling, planning, and coordinating corporate events. He enjoys working as a member of a team with different temperaments, talents, and convictions to accomplish excellent results.
In the future, Andrew hopes to become an entrepreneur with a strong leadership in ensuring the sustainable development of our environment. Andrew shares a passion for utilizing renewable resources and sees Bright Solar Systems as a vital entity in creating a prosperous future.
